Payment errors on Monapass

You may have encountered unusual payment errors on Monapass. These (random) anomalies are due to new banking security standards that require adjustments to the application.

Unfortunately, Monapass is still dependent on these changes and the time needed to integrate them. However, a resolution is planned for early April.
In the meantime, should you receive another error message :
🔹 Don't insist on retrying the purchase procedure: it won't change anything for the moment
🔹 Try to proceed with your purchase using another bank card
🔹 If this still doesn't work, opt for another sales channel.
